Greg Baird’s civil trial and appellate practice
emphasizes the defense of insurers and commercial entities
in coverage disputes and bad faith claims, including the
specific areas of construction defect (EIFS), CGL, property
damage, and professional errors and omissions.
Greg received his bachelor’s degree from Portland State University in 1988 and his Juris Doctor from Northwestern School of Law at Lewis & Clark College in 1992. He is admitted to practice in Oregon’s state and federal courts, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, the United States Supreme Court and the United States Court of Appeals.
