Lori is of counsel in the Portland office of Gordon & Polscer. Her practice emphasizes insurance coverage analysis and litigation, with a focus on environmental claims. She also has experience in wills and trusts, small business consulting, and individual contract drafting. Prior to moving to Oregon, Lori worked for a large Los Angeles firm where she handled numerous business and environmental litigation matters. Lori has extensive complex civil litigation experience in the areas of groundwater and soil contamination claims, products liability, partnership and shareholder disputes, bad faith claims, and commercial real estate.
Before becoming a lawyer, Lori taught high school science and led community development projects as a Peace Corps volunteer in Tonga for four years. She is an active member of several community service organizations, and enjoys competing in marathons and triathlons.
Lori is admitted to practice in Oregon, California, Hawaii, and two foreign jurisdictions (Tonga and the Federated States of Micronesia). She speaks Norwegian, Tongan, Spanish and some German.
