Michael McCormack is Of Counsel with the Seattle office of Gordon & Polscer. He has over 20 years of litigation experience with first and third party coverage and bad faith matters arising from all aspects of commercial and HO lines. Michael also handles fraud and arson cases. Admitted to practice in Washington State, Michael has been co-counsel pro hac vice in California, Oregon, Colorado and Idaho. In addition to his experience with insurance, Michael handles complex regulatory litigation related to healthcare and civil rights.
Adjunct to his litigation work, Michael co-develops seminars and publishes on coverage, claims handling, ethics and healthcare topics. Michael holds an AV rating from Martindale Hubbell. He organized and runs the Tahoma Youth Basketball Association in his hometown of Maple Valley, WA.
