Maren Holmboe joined the Portland office of Gordon & Polscer as an associate attorney in 2009.
Prior to joining the firm, Maren worked for a large Portland law firm as an insurance coverage and
litigation attorney.
Her practice focuses on defending and providing coverage advice for insurance company clients
in the areas of commercial property, commercial general liability, homeowners, technology, boiler
and machinery, builder's risk, and other specialty lines. She deals with a wide range of issues,
including collapse, flood, arson, construction defect, environmental, business income and extra
expense, fraud and misrepresentation, employee dishonesty, and bad faith and related punitive
damages claims.
She also has experience with commercial litigation, including contract and partnership disputes,
negligence claims, and premises liability.
