Andrew Moses joined the Portland office of
Gordon & Polscer in 1999. Andrew is an associate at
the Portland office whose practice focuses on the representation
of insurance carriers in coverage, bad faith, and contribution
matters. Andrew also participates in representing insureds
in construction defect matters.
Andrew received his bachelors degree
from Stanford University in 1991 and his masters from Stanford
University in 1992 in Environmental Engineering. He received
his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Oregon in
1998. Andrew is admitted to practice in Oregon state courts
and the U.S. District Court for the District of Oregon.
Prior to joining Gordon & Polscer, Andrew was a law
clerk for the Honorable Jack Mattison, Lane County Circuit
Court.
