Randy Arthur is Of Counsel in our Portland office. Randy's practice focuses on professional advice, complex litigation, and dispute resolution, relating to insurance coverage, professional liability and commercial contracts. Previously, Randy served as a Judicial Law Clerk for The Honorable Judge Anna J. Brown, United States District Court Judge for the District of Oregon. Randy is also active in the community, serving as 2014-2016 Chair of the City of Lake Oswego Planning Commission, as a member of the Executive Committee of the Oregon State Bar Diversity Section, and as 2012 President of the Oregon Chapter of Community Associations Institute (CAI - Oregon).
