Robert Spajic is a Martindale-Hubbell AV Rated attorney who has been a member of Gordon & Polscer, LLC since 2004 and a partner since 2008. He is responsible for management of all defense litigation in the Portland, Oregon office. Mr. Spajic has successfully defended his clients against professional liability, product liability, personal injury, transportation, and construction claims. 

He received his Bachelor of Arts degree with Honors in Political Science from San Jose State University in 1989 and then went on to receive a Juris Doctor from the Gonzaga University School of Law in 1992. While at Gonzaga, he was admitted to its nationally renowned legal clinic program which allowed him to gain valuable “hands-on” experience. 

Admitted to the Washington State Bar in 1992 and the Oregon State Bar in 1996, Mr. Spajic maintains an active practice in both states. Prior to moving into private practice, he was part of the in-house legal team at Washington State University assisting various colleges and departments with public contracting, construction contract negotiation and enforcement, and a wide range of regulatory matters. Mr. Spajic began his legal career as a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney which allowed him to gain valuable trial experience early in his career.
