Ryan Bailey is an associate in our Portland office. He maintains a diverse civil litigation practice, with an emphasis on insurance coverage, professional liability, personal injury, property damage, product liability and construction defect matters. Ryan also has experience in trade secret litigation and appellate practice.
Ryan earned his bachelor’s degree in psychology with a minor in international relations from Gonzaga University in 2007, where he was an Ignatian Leaders Scholar. In 2012, he graduated from the University of Oregon School of Law in the top 15% of his class. During law school, Ryan clerked for the Lane County District Attorney’s Office where he prosecuted DUI and felony drug possession cases. Ryan also served on the Oregon Law Review, and helped launch a technology startup as a Fellow with the Oregon Center for Law, Technology and Entrepreneurship. Prior to joining Gordon & Polscer, Ryan worked for a small firm handling general business litigation and personal injury matters.
In his free time, Ryan enjoys competing in triathlons, surfing, world travel, basketball and experiencing all of the outdoor activities that Oregon has to offer. Ryan is also an active member of the Oregon New Lawyers Division and the Gus J. Solomon Inn of Court.
