Bob joined the Portland office of Gordon & Polscer L.L.C. in March 2004. His practice emphasizes representation of insureds against personal injury, property damage and construction related claims. Bob has also represented a number of insurance carriers on coverage matters.
Bob received his Bachelor of Arts degree with Honors in Political Science from San Jose State University in 1989. He then went on to receive his Juris Doctor from the Gonzaga University School of Law in 1992. While at Gonzaga, Bob was one of the few law students allowed to participate in Gonzaga’s nationally renowned legal clinic program, during which time he gained valuable “hands-on” experience at an early stage of his career.
Admitted to Washington State Bar in 1992 and the Oregon State Bar in 1996, Bob maintains an active practice in both states. Prior to joining Gordon & Polscer, Bob was in private practice with a busy commercial litigation firm assisting clients with construction, real estate and insurance matters. Prior to moving into private practice, he was a member of the in-house legal team at Washington State University, assisting various colleges and departments with public contracting matters, construction contract negotiation and enforcement, and a wide range of regulatory matters.
Bob and his wife live in the beautiful Columbia River Gorge where they both enjoy all of the outdoor activities the area has to offer.
