Janice Sue Wang is Of Counsel with the Seattle office of Gordon & Polscer, L.L.C., as of 2006. Janice has nearly two decades of complex civil litigation experience. She has substantial experience in insurance coverage matters, offering advice on a broad range of insurance issues, including declaratory judgment actions, business loss valuations, bad faith, extracontractual questions, suspicious loss claims, and claims handling. She also has defended many large legal malpractice claims.
Janice has published and spoken on a variety of insurance issues. Her peers recognized her in 2001 as a “Rising Star” in Washington Law & Politics Magazine, and she holds an A/V rating in Martindale-Hubbell. Janice also is serving a second term on the King County Bar Association’s Judicial Screening Committee.
